• Purchase License:
  • Single user: $ 1,295.00
  • Multi user: $1,095.00 1st, $295 additional
  Installation, training, & one year support included. Subsequent year support and updates price has not yet been determined, but will not exceed $295.00 per user.
• Pay as you go:
  • Install per user: $295.00
  • Useage fee: $ 125.00/month per user.
  • Training: $ 50.00/hour remote or our center.
  • Training on site: All travel and lodging plus above.
  • Support: $ 100.00 per hour billed in 1/4 hour incremets.

Here's how your purchase will work:

• Place your order and pay using your credit card/eft.
• After your order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation and your license number.
• We will then contact you the same or next day to schedule your installation.

We accept all credit cards (via Paypal).
Lead time; expect to have your installation scheduled 14 days from order, training within 7days, and our support lines are open M-F, 8:30-5:00 est.

PsyNote (tm) is so user friendly, you can expect a very short learning curve, after just a few patients (real or training) you will be a wiz. Yes, your speed will increase over the first week, but even from the gitgo, you will process your documents (and billing) far faster, more accurately, and much better in appearance than your present system.
